We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Our daily cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and unaffected by daylight saving time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.

All orders receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method. Tax shown at checkout is $0.00.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with complete sets. Contact us first for authorization. The return address is in France.

We cover returns caused by our error, damage, defects or incorrect items. You cover change-of-mind return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.

Review the dimensions, included pieces, material and care instructions on each product page. Textile covers do not include cushion inserts. Decorative bowls and sculptural objects are for decorative use.
